We drive into the downtown core of Tucson and head out on our bikes. Sunday is great day as there is very little traffic and we can bike about with little concern. We visit the Pima Country Historic Courthouse. Lots of history here as it dates back to 1929.

Interesting the Trump government just announced 25% Trade War Tariffs on Canada and Mexico. This post in the old court house makes us wonder what may be next for Canada and the USA.

| Mexico was much larger before the USA took their land. |
Biking the streets and river loop path was nice but the amount of homeless/drug addicted people everywhere is sad. Tent villages along the dry river bed and people just sleeping in parks. Where does all this end? At least the murals Tucson is known for are very nice.
While out and about in Tucson, we get a text from Gerry and Natalie Szepsy asking if they could drop in for a visit. We change our plans and head back to the truck. We decide to make an easy Mexican meal and we head to El Herradero Carniceria y Panaderia, which we find close by. Fresh beef tamales now on the menu for dinner.

We have a great catch up afternoon with Gerry and Natalie. We watch a sunset and enjoy steak tacos inside our trailer. Always fun to meet up with good friends.
