After lunch we head out on bikes to head to the visitors center but we see a bike trail heading the other way along the edge of Clear Lake. Off we go and what a surprise. It goes and it goes and it goes. There are multiple government built docks all the way for anyone to use. We lay out on one for awhile and soak in the sun. It's only 17 degrees so unseasonably cool

We ride to what's called Deep Bay Beach. Tons of people swimming despite the cooler temperatures. Might have to come back with swimsuits. Father along are one of many sets of iconic Red Adirondack Chairs that Parks Canada has placed throughout many of the country's most unique and treasured places.

Sheila had read about the 'Wishing Well' and it turns out to be down here.

There is also a private home down here with a very cool gate keeping us out :)

| Love this gate |
We ride to the start of the north lake trail but it looks a lot less used and over grown than the south lake trail we were on last night. We talk with some young park wardens and the one says he's lived here his whole life and has yet to find the trail that goes around the entire lake. It would be a long haul we are not prepared to take on today.
Interestingly we also talk to the park wardens about the lack of power boats on the lake. Apparently this year no motorized boats of any kind are allowed as the park is battling invasive zebra mussels that get brought in on power boats Until they get this problem sorted out, even all non -motorized boats must be inspected and issued a permit before being allowed on the water. .They tell us unfortunately our kayaks would not be allowed as we come from Alberta where there is 'whirling disease' and the parasites can live for up to 20 years. That information saves us a trip to get the permit we knew we had to get before launching.
We enjoy the ride back to Wasagaming and do a quick tour through the Tourist Center and English Gardens, It's almost 5 by now and we decide we have earned an ice cream so we indulge at The Boardwalk ice cream shop and once again sit in more red chairs.

| Yum...even though only 17 degrees |
We bike around and check out some local sites and then head back to the RV for some down time.
Around 8pm we had hoped to head to the Lake Audy Bison enclosure but it's 40 minutes away so too late for tonight. We read, play guitar, play cards and just chill until sunset.
